Question: In August 2001, my son was arrested for a misdemeanor assault Class A, and on the original court date he was granted Deferred Adjudication and 12 months probation. Being a stupid kid he missed probation, went back to the court and the judge granted him work detail. Is there anyway this record can be non disclosed? It is costing him a good job. He has never had any other trouble with the law (other than minor traffic violations). If we can't do something quickly by next Thursday, he will lose another job! Thank you Sonya
